1. Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure your return request is submitted within this period to remain eligible.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached

Note: If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it will not be eligible for return or refund. Entreedom Apparels has quality control checks in place to determine if an item has been worn — including inspection of fabric condition, scent, stains, or tag tampering.

3. Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect or incorrect shipment (e.g., change of mind, size preference), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Store-Initiated Returns (Defects or Incorrect Orders)

If you received an incorrect size, style, or a defective item, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, Entreedom Apparels will cover all return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or full refund once the item has been inspected and approved.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Important: Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
